Cancellation Policy

Reservation Cancellations

Guests may request cancellation of a confirmed reservation by contacting Hotel LYRO directly by phone, email or through our Contact page. Cancellation window and any applicable charges: Hotel management to confirm.

Modifications

Requests to modify a reservation, including change of dates, room category or number of guests, are subject to availability and must be communicated directly to the hotel prior to arrival.

No-Show Policy

A reservation not cancelled prior to the applicable cancellation window and not honoured on the scheduled check-in date is considered a no-show. No-show charges, if any: Hotel management to confirm.

Advance Payment and Refunds

Advance payment requirements and refund eligibility for cancelled reservations: Hotel management to confirm. Any applicable refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe following approval.

Corporate and Group Bookings

Cancellation terms for corporate bookings, group reservations and event bookings may differ from individual reservations and will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Force Majeure

Hotel LYRO will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellations or changes arising from circumstances beyond a guest's reasonable control, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
